The first thing I replaced on my Savage when I bought it over two years ago was the horn. The poor anemic thing sounded like it belonged on a moped, and I wanted automobile drivers to think that I was in a great big truck when I hit the horn. The local auto parts store sold a 132dB "Highway Blaster" for about $12 (US) in two flavors, high tone and low tone. I opted for the low tone figuring that it sounded for authoritative. I've considered buying another horn bracket from the saints at Suzuki and going with twin horns, but I'd be willing to bet that the horn bracket probably costs more than the horn itself. BTW, the current draw doesn't seem to be a significant issue since I haven't blown the fuse yet.
